Libyan leader invites Bush, Rice to visit

TRIPOLI, Libya (Reuters) -- Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, keen to improve ties with the West, has invited President Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to visit his country, a visiting U.S. senator said on Saturday.
