The perpetrator here is NOT a militia man. Way to hype up your little video post with a LIE. He was a vietnam vet and crazy, however.

This happened near me in South Georgia, this cop died and the guy WAS a member of the Georgia Constituional Militia.

Why didn't the cop shoot him once he seen a gun?
the officer definately should have shot him sooner.the guy was hppin around like a jakass from the begining.its as if the cop didnt want to beleive this was happening,and was to unsure/scared? to take care of the matter.
Still was a sad situation. Didnt the shooter known that most cop cars have video anyway. I hope he got death for this from the jury.
Bad the cop-killer got caught. Also bad that the cop had kids, because the kids will grow up being moshe-asshole cop-kids..
