This is a video of a prank that is all the craze right now in Japan. I cannot see how it is not considered to be sexual assault, or battery at the least. Watch the video and tell me what you think.

Ok I must say some of those females look as if it was staged. I can't believe how stupid they are u wear or full coverage undies boxer briefs whatever with short skirts not panties are they that dumb over there sheesh.
They've sure got some crazy games in Japan. I do wonder if it was staged because they're all wearing similar underwear. Or maybe they just don't wear thongs with their skirts. I would like to see one of the women fight back... really attack one of the pervs, but I guess if it were really a surprise, I'd be worried about covering my ass, too.
